LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop
In a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop participants work on solutions to specific problems, questions or challenges clarified with the facilitator in advance.
After a warmup the participants start with the skill building phase and learn how to think in metaphors and storytelling building with LEGO® bricks.
In the building phase everyone builds alone around the question or challenge and shares the model with the group. Afterwards all participants combine the individual models into a group model.
On this model the participants reflect, discuss and define specific action items. In a next step they can even build the systemic dependencies and combine them with their group
model to get an overview of the whole picture.
