The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem solving technique helping teams to share ideas, create a common understanding, and foster constructive dialogue and reflection. The collaborative atmosphere encourages and supports all attendees to contribute and ensures everyone´s voice is heard.
THINK WITH YOUR HANDS.
LISTEN WITH YOUR EYES.
A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop starts with preparation of questions to answer or challenges to solve. During the facilitated workshop all participants build models of their thoughts and ideas. The creative process of making something your own opens new perspectives to the given challenges.
The visible objects on the table (or via camera) as a representation of the participants thoughts provide for an equal standing before the group discussion. They give everyone a voice, spark discussions and lead to new impulses.
The 3 phases of a workshop are 1) CHALLENGE, 2) BUILD and 3) SHARE.
Everyone builds. Everyone shares.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is the perfect tool to get everyone excited to think creatively and find new solutions outside the box. The power of play increases team performance and turns dull meetings into entertaining experiences.
