A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop is a great team building method to help new teams getting started or improve interdisciplinary collaboration.

Participants create a common understanding of the challenge and share different perspectives. Everyone is included in finding and shaping the solution, nobody is left out.

After an introduction to the online tools, the participants start with the skill building phase and learn how to think in metaphors and storytelling building with LEGO® bricks.

In the building phase everyone builds alone around questions like “How do we foster a team culture in home office?” or “Which are our team goals?”. Afterwards all participants digitize their models and combine the individual models into a group model to map dependencies and interaction for a common understanding.
