Description

Project management and leadership go hand in hand, as a project manager needs motivation and buy-in from the team members to be successful. In this simulation players learn how to run projects properly.

The player is the manager of GetTicket, an online platform for selling and exchaning sports tickets. The company received angel investment for the inital period, but needs a significantly higher amount of capital to realize the platform. Your goal is to prepare for an investment presentation to convince investors and secure funding.

The preparation of the presentation is divided into 8 projects.

Your task is to hire new team members and consider their professional knowledge, skills and personality to form effective teams with different expert backgrounds.

Your challenges will be

  • choosing the right candidates for the positions,
  • motivate, encourage and train the employees,
